2.1 The Committee received evidence from Healthcare Inspectorate Wales.
3.1 The committee received evidence from ACC Jonathon Drake, the regional lead for the National Police Chiefs’ Council.
3.2 ACC Jonathon Drake agreed to provide further information on the number of 135 and 136 orders that have been issued to young people under 18 years old in Wales.
4.1 The committee received evidence from representatives of Health Boards.
5.1 The committee received evidence from the Chair of the Mental Health Crisis Care Concordat Assurance Group.
6.1 The committee received evidence from the Minister for Health and Social Services.
6.2 The Welsh Government agreed to share the available data sets from the national Concordat Assurance Group.
7.1 The Committee noted the letter.
8.1 The Committee agreed the Motion to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting.
9.1 The Committee considered the evidence received.
